Who owns your digital information on line when you die? What happens to all those special photos?
Is your family able to access your documents, files, records, etc. that you have digitally stored.?
A new application "If I Die" has been developed by an Israeli company, Willook. A forward looking person will get this app, ask 3 friends to act as trustees, create a text or video message and possibly a life story to be published posthumously.
This application raises the above questions and more. Do families sometimes like to see and remember pictures and posting that their loved one has done?? What about financial documents, stock trading?. Has the Law Society of Ontario set anything up to deal with these IT issues?
Rick Mercer, did a rant about "If you had five minutes to live, you'd spend 3 of them deleting your hard drive."

Family Weekend
Sleeping in, buying white carnations for the kitchen table, getting ready for David 's book club coming to our home, helping clean up after our old dogs who suddenly left messes two nights in a row, going out for a family dinner captures my weekend.
